We do not provide emergency services. However, members can schedule next-day appointments, subject to availability. If an issue requires immediate attention or a licensed trade, we can recommend a qualified licensed professional.

After signing up, you'll have access to a customer portal where you can view real-time availability, select an appointment time, and describe the work you'd like completed. All appointments are booked on a live calendar.

Yes. Available appointment times are shown in real time. Once a time is booked, it is automatically blocked out to prevent double-booking.

What happens if I don't use my service hours one month?
